Paid on time
Net-15 from invoice on completed work, no chasing. We use a simple online portal — no faxed POs, no week-long back-and-forth.
Repeat schedules
We build the same handful of plans over and over. Once you’ve done a Magnolia, the next Magnolia is faster, cleaner, more profitable for you.
Clear scope
Specs are written down before you walk on site. Change orders are documented and paid. No “while you’re here…” surprises.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Licensed and insured in North Carolina
- 3+ years of single-family residential experience
- Active in the Greater Triangle (Wake, Chatham, Orange, Durham counties)
- Workers’ comp coverage on all crew members
- Willing to follow Hornet’s spec book + finish standards
- Communicates by text or email (we move fast)
- References from at least two recent custom-home GCs
- W-9 on file and clean payment history

Trial job, then ongoing
We start with one job at a normal rate, both sides take notes, and if it clicks we add you to the regular rotation.
